The development has been designed by Plus Architecture consisting of 96 residential dwellings, communal outdoor pool and recreation area located on levels 10/1, associated parking and residents only dog park, located at 4 Fern Street 'Halycon Place', Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.

To best accommodate both local and interstate residence, the building has been designed to incorporate a mixture of 1,2 & 3 bedroom units, including 2 x Duplex units with private outdoor space on the ground and mezzanine levels and 3 x multi-storey Skyhomes located on the 26th and 27th floors.

Plus Architects have also included community led design features within the scheme, such as the level 10 double-height communal pool, bBQ and gym area and the first of its kind, residents only dog park on the ground floor. Leith Group (LGD) will further be exploring integrating a community wellness/co-working area within the building to provide residents holistic work/life design amenity within the scheme.​
